Entirely free, our expeditions take place in some of the most beautiful landscapes in Canada. Depending on the terrain, we may explore in canoes, kayaks, rafts or sailboats, or by hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling or dog-sledding.

COVID-19 and other infectious diseases
Following the recommendations from public health institutions in Quebec, the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation strongly recommends up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 for any person taking part in an expedition who would be immunocompromized. The foundation also keeps a close eye on the main respiratory and gastro-intestinal viruses currently circulating and strongly recommends to get the vaccine against influenza.
