52 - Grand Expedition Summer 2018 - Canadian Rockies, CB

At 21, my life was turned upside down when I was diagnosed with leukemia. Thanks to chemotherapy treatments and, most importantly, a stem cell donation from my twin sister Noémie, I was able to overcome the disease. But beyond physical healing, there was a whole journey to rediscover a sense of normalcy, strength, and well-being.

In 2018, I had the opportunity to take part in an expedition in the Canadian Rockies organized by the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation. This adventure was so much more than just a trip. It allowed me to reconnect with myself, regain confidence in my abilities, and share deeply human moments with other young people who understood—without me having to explain—what I was going through.

It’s an experience that left a lasting mark on me. Today, it’s my turn to give back. I want to get involved with the Foundation so that other young people affected by cancer can also experience an adventure that transforms, inspires, and helps heal in a different way.

Supporting the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation is more than just an act of solidarity — it’s offering a young person a breath of hope, a bright pause in the middle of the storm, and lasting memories of strength.
