The entire On the Tip of the Toes Foundation team is very pleased to welcome Marie-Michelle Paradis who has just completed her first integration week. Marie-Michelle will be one of our project managers and will work in close collaboration with Catherine Provost on the planning of expeditions and events of the Foundation.
Originally from the Quebec region, Marie-Michelle studied in international relations, international law and in environment before completing an Adventure Guides program. Curious by nature and having a marked interest in learning more, she has travelled extensively in the past few years. She likes to meet new people and submerge herself in their culture.
From her first contact with the outdoors, she knew that this would become an important part of her life. Indeed, after a summer in the heart of the Jacques-Cartier National Park, the adventures were to succeed each other, each one being different!
For me, an adventure is to encounter the unknown. Exploring places that are for us out of the ordinary and which challenge our routine. The Adventure brings us to realize who we are and makes us experience unexpected emotions.
Drawn by the heights, Marie-Michelle wishes to discover Newfoundland and Gros Morne National Park on her next trip. In the meantime, she is very keen to leave on a canoe expedition on the Noire River this summer and to transmit her passion to the next cohort taking part in a therapeutic adventure expedition with the Foundation.
