Vivianne joined the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation team to meet the growing needs of the organization. Having worked for many years in the community and co-op setting, her professional experience comes from a variety of management and administrative roles.

Her ongoing interest in human beings is at the heart of all her projects, as evidenced by her professional, volunteer and personal commitments. As a result, she brings expertise in communication and organization as well as empathy and leadership skills that are essential and beneficial to the foundation.
