Sarah Louise Latour joined the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation in January 2025 as Executive Director, bringing with her a wealth of experience in philanthropy and community engagement. Passionate about causes that transform lives, she is dedicated to advancing the foundation’s mission: offering therapeutic adventure expeditions to young people living with cancer, helping them regain confidence and hope.

Before joining the foundation, Sarah Louise held key roles, including Development Officer at the Canadian Cancer Society, Director of Philanthropic Development at the Laval University Foundation, and Regional Director at La Ruche Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. These experiences allowed her to build strong networks and foster lasting engagement around essential causes.

Driven by the belief that every young person affected by cancer deserves free and transformative support, Sarah Louise works closely with the foundation’s team, board of directors, and a vast community of volunteers. Her leadership and strategic vision aim to expand the foundation’s reach, both in Quebec and across Canada.

In her free time, Sarah Louise is an avid lover of nature and outdoor activities, passions that deeply resonate with the values and mission of the On the Tip of the Toes Foundation.
